SLPP to Move Forward by Learning from Past Mistakes - Namal Rajapaksa

Namal Rajapaksa, a senior member of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), says the party is ready to move forward by learning from its past mistakes.

Speaking on the party’s future direction, he emphasized that making mistakes is part of any journey, but what matters most is the ability to learn and improve from them. He noted that both the party and the public should understand this reality and focus on progress.

Rajapaksa highlighted that the SLPP is committed to correcting its shortcomings and rebuilding its path ahead. He stressed that the party aims to regain public trust by reflecting on previous errors and making necessary changes.

He also pointed out that growth and development require acknowledging failures rather than ignoring them, adding that the SLPP intends to use past experiences as lessons for a stronger future.
