Rs. 11.8 Billion Aswesuma Payments to Be Deposited Today

The Welfare Benefits Board has announced that the July 2026 payments under the Aswesuma welfare benefits scheme will be credited to beneficiaries’ bank accounts today (July 15).

Under the first phase of payments, a total of Rs. 9,357,346,250 will be deposited into the bank accounts of 1,012,812 beneficiary families.

Meanwhile, under the second phase, Rs. 2,468,250,000 will be credited to the Aswesuma accounts of 211,647 beneficiary families, according to the Board.

Accordingly, a total of Rs. 11,825,596,250 will be distributed among 1,224,459 families through the two payment phases today.
