Midnight curfew imposed on England cricketers

England cricket team players have been banned from staying out of their hotels after midnight following incidents of unruly behavior during recent overseas tours, according to International media reports.

The new rule was introduced in response to disciplinary issues that occurred during the tour of New Zealand ahead of the Ashes series. It is expected to be enforced starting from the upcoming limited-overs series against Sri Lanka.

Team management said the decision was taken to maintain professional standards, ensure player discipline, and protect the image of the England cricket team.

Under the new guidelines, players will be required to return to their hotels by midnight, and strict disciplinary action will be taken against those who violate the rule.

The move is expected to influence player conduct during the Sri Lanka series, as team officials seek to reinforce discipline and professionalism within the squad.
