Divorce Case Involving Vijay and Sangeeta Sornalingam Set for Hearing Today

The divorce case involving Tamil Nadu actor and political figure Vijay and his wife Sangeeta Sornalingam is scheduled to be heard today at the Chengalpattu District Family Court.

According to reports, Sangeeta Sornalingam filed a divorce petition in December last year, alleging marital issues, including accusations involving an alleged relationship with an actress.

The case was initially filed at the Chennai Family Court but was later transferred to the Chengalpattu First Family Court in February.

A previous hearing took place on April 20, after which the proceedings were adjourned to June 15 following a request from Vijay’s legal team, citing election-related engagements.

The case is now expected to be taken up for the next stage of hearing today as scheduled.
