Three Year Old Boy Dies After Choking on Peanut in Kerala

A three-year-old boy has died after choking on a peanut while eating a mixer snack at his home in Kunnumpuram, near Malappuram, Kerala, India, according to Indian media reports.

The child, the son of a couple from the area, was eating the snack when a peanut inside it became lodged in his throat, causing severe breathing difficulties.

The boy’s parents reportedly attempted to remove the peanut but were unsuccessful. They then rushed him to a nearby hospital as he struggled to breathe.

However, Indian media reported that the child died while being taken to the hospital.

Authorities are conducting further investigations into the incident.
