Sri Lankan Driver David Joins Van Amersfoort Racing for 2027 Formula 3 Season

Sri Lankan racing driver David will continue his Formula 3 career with Dutch team Van Amersfoort Racing in the 2027 season, following his debut campaign with AIX Racing in 2026.

Born in England and raised in Singapore, David made his Formula 3 debut this season and recently secured a podium finish at Silverstone, marking a significant milestone in his racing career.

His move to Van Amersfoort Racing signals a new chapter as he looks to build on his experience and continue developing in the highly competitive championship.

AIX Racing, his current team, is set to be replaced by LN4 Fusion on the 2027 Formula 3 grid.

David’s switch to the Dutch outfit will provide him with a fresh opportunity to compete at the next level of the single-seater racing ladder as he pursues his ambitions in international motorsport.
