Pakistan Says US - Iran Peace Deal Reached as Final Text Agreed

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that the United States and Iran have agreed on the final text of a peace deal, marking a major diplomatic breakthrough in efforts to end the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

Sharif said Pakistan has been actively mediating between the two sides for months and confirmed that the agreement has now moved into its final stage, with preparations underway for an electronic signing expected within the next 24 hours.

He added that technical-level discussions are likely to follow after the signing is completed.

According to reports, Pakistan has played a key role in facilitating negotiations between Washington and Tehran as part of broader regional diplomatic efforts.

The development comes after weeks of intensive talks aimed at reducing tensions and preventing further escalation in the conflict.

Sharif has also warned against misinformation campaigns that could undermine the progress of the agreement, stressing that both sides are now close to formalizing the deal.

If finalized, the agreement would represent one of the most significant diplomatic steps in recent years between the United States and Iran.
